Flowers 4 Love is not responsible for refunds in the following situations:- Products (flowers, plants, fruits, sweets, gifts, preserved items) delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender.
- Unsuccessful deliveries due to the recipient’s absence at the provided address.
- Decreased product quality due to incorrect delivery addresses or re-routing requests from the sender.
- Product quality issues caused by improper handling by the recipient.
